How to use this page
Each suburb has one page covering both the local risk picture and the service itself, so you are not bouncing between an area guide and a booking page to get an answer. If you are comparing suburbs before buying or moving, the risk factors listed on each card are the short version.
Many properties across the Tweed and Northern Rivers share the same pressure points: humid conditions, dense vegetation, timber landscaping and moisture around the building envelope. Reading your suburb page first helps you prepare better questions and understand what to look for before booking a visit.
I hold NSW EPA licence 5073077 and work in New South Wales. If your property is over the Queensland border I am not the right person to call, and I would rather say so up front than take the booking.
Restricted access doesn’t stop at the suburb line
Whichever suburb you’re in, the same access problems turn up on the same style of property: a low-set beach cottage with barely enough subfloor clearance to crawl through, a steep roof void with no safe walking path, or a wall that’s had you wondering for months. Rather than leaving that section unchecked, I bring a drone in for restricted crawl spaces and roof voids, and a thermal imaging camera for walls and ceilings that warrant a closer look, wherever the property happens to be.
